Cancellation Policy
!! PLEASE READ!!
50% of the service is due in order to book an appointment, remaining balance is due at the time of the service. Remaining balance can be paid in cash or it will be a $5 for card payments.
LATE POLICY
Please be on time, there is a 20 minute grace period. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled automatically and your deposit will be forfeited.
REFUNDS
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!!! If you are unable to make your appointment please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment and your deposit will be credited to your next appointment. However if you have to reschedule a second time a new deposit is required.
NO REFUNDS BUT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON I WILL GRANT REFUND ONLY IF WE CAN NOT RESCHEDULE !!
